Before I shed some light on the so-called double trouble, let me take it for granted that all of you have heard the news of Henry Cavill’s next project.
During a recent interview, the actor opened up about the titular character that he is set to play in Superman: Man Of Steel.
According to him, the roles of Superman and his alter ego, Clark Kent, actually put him in much trouble. He said that in order to strike a balance between the on-screen representations of two entities, he had to take every step with utmost care.
I think, since only one guy had to play two characters, it became imperative on the actor’s part, not to mix and mingle the emotions, especially while uttering the dialogues.
It’s good to see that Henry took this task seriously, in spite of the fact that it put him in the face of double trouble.
However, it’s only after the release of the super hero movie in 2013, that we would get to know if his efforts have worked.
During the tête-à-tête, the star also revealed his inspiration for polishing himself for the super role.
Believe it not, he took the refuge in Mark Millar’s Red Son to understand the character better.
That apart, he also took the help of Superman comics to know the Man of Steel he was going to portray, better.
I am bound to admit that I haven’t heard any other star working so hard for making a character so perfect in every aspect.
At the end of the day, all Henry would want is, the latest take on Superman, breaking all previous records, right after its release.
Undoubtedly, all his fans would be waiting to watch him in the legendry costume, and I feel he would meet every one’s expectation and leave the fame he earned in The Tudors, far behind.
At least, the online buzz around the movie draws up such an image.
Clark Kent or Superman, it’s imperative that Henry’s performance in both the avatars strikes the right chord with the audiences, because that is what will take him, right to the top.
